By accessing our website, placing an order, purchasing a product, or otherwise using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

If you are using the Services on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Certain Apollo Blades products may be subject to age, possession, transportation, importation, carrying, or use restrictions depending on your jurisdiction.
You are solely responsible for determining whether you are legally permitted to purchase, possess, receive, transport, carry, or use any product purchased from us in your location.
Apollo Blades does not authorize or encourage the unlawful use of any product.

You may use our website and Services only for lawful personal or commercial purposes consistent with these Terms.
You agree not to use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, interfere with, overload, or impair our website, systems, payment providers, fulfillment partners, or other customers' use of the Services.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our Services, accounts, computer systems, servers, databases, or networks.
You may not use automated tools, bots, scraping software, crawlers, or similar technologies to access, reproduce, collect, or commercially exploit content from our website without our prior written authorization.
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to our Services when we reasonably believe that a user has violated these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of Apollo Blades or another party.
3. PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products as accurately as possible.
However, product colors, materials, dimensions, appearance, packaging, accessories, finishes, and other characteristics may appear differently depending on photography, lighting, manufacturing variations, device displays, product updates, or other factors.
We do not warrant that every product description, photograph, specification, price, availability notice, or other piece of website content will always be completely accurate, current, or error-free.
Our existing policies expressly reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update product information when necessary.
We may modify, improve, discontinue, replace, or otherwise change products at any time.
Specific colors, designs, models, sizes, configurations, promotional packages, or other variations may become unavailable without prior notice.
4. ORDERS
Submitting an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the products included in that order.
Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order.
We reserve the right, where reasonably necessary, to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order, including in circumstances involving:
suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions; pricing or product listing errors; inventory limitations; payment authorization issues; suspected resale or abuse of promotional offers; shipping restrictions; or legal or regulatory restrictions applicable to the destination or product.
If an order that has already been paid is canceled by us before fulfillment, any applicable amount paid for the canceled products will generally be refunded to the original payment method.
5. ORDER INFORMATION
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information when placing an order, including your name, shipping address, billing information, email address, telephone number when requested, and other information necessary to process and deliver your purchase.
Customers are specifically required to review their delivery information carefully.
If shipping information needs to be changed, you should contact us as soon as possible. If an order has already been dispatched and a shipping change can no longer be made, the customer may need to wait until the shipment is returned before a reshipment, refund, or other solution can be arranged.
Apollo Blades is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, additional shipping expenses, or other issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
6. PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices displayed on our website may change from time to time without prior notice.
Unless otherwise stated, prices do not necessarily include applicable taxes, customs duties, import charges, government fees, or other charges that may apply to your purchase or destination.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and billing information.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Payments may be processed by independent third-party payment providers. Your use of those payment services may also be subject to the applicable provider's terms and privacy policies.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors even after an order has been submitted. If a material pricing error affects an order, we may contact you to provide an opportunity to proceed at the correct price or cancel the affected order.
7. PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS AND SPECIAL OFFERS
Apollo Blades may periodically offer discounts, promotional codes, bundles, gifts with purchase, limited-time offers, Buy One Get One offers, or other promotions.
Promotions may be subject to additional rules, eligibility requirements, purchase limits, availability, expiration dates, or product exclusions presented with the applicable offer.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, promotional offers may not be combined.
We reserve the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or discontinue promotional offers where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
Items purchased during promotions, including Buy One Get One ("BOGO") offers, remain subject to our Return and Refund Policy. Under the current policy, promotional purchases may be returned subject to the applicable return requirements, with returns involving promotional items limited to a maximum of three items.
Attempting to manipulate promotional mechanics, create fraudulent accounts, repeatedly exploit offers, or otherwise circumvent the stated terms of a promotion may result in cancellation of an order or restriction of future participation.
8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery dates and shipping estimates displayed on our website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Actual delivery times may be affected by carriers, customs authorities, international transportation, weather, holidays, local delivery conditions, governmental actions, supply-chain disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Apollo Blades will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental actions, strikes, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseeable events. Our existing policy contains a corresponding force majeure provision.
International customers are responsible for understanding any import restrictions or obligations that may apply in their jurisdiction.
9. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns, exchanges, replacements, refunds, and store credits are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Under our current policy, customers must contact Apollo Blades within 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate an eligible return. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
To generally qualify for a return, the product must be new and unused, returned in its original packaging, include the applicable accessories and accompanying items, and show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Products purchased through pre-sale and products that have been used or are no longer in their original condition are identified in our current policy as non-returnable.
If a customer simply does not like a product or changes their mind, an eligible return or exchange may be requested, but the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If an incorrect product is received, Apollo Blades may cover the applicable return shipping cost or provide a replacement.
If a product has a manufacturing defect or qualifying quality problem, our current policy provides for a replacement product to be sent without additional product cost.
Return requests must first be submitted to our customer service team. Customers should not send products to an address obtained independently.
Once a return is approved, Apollo Blades will provide the correct return shipping address. Under our current policy, an approved return request may be canceled if there is no response within 14 days following approval.
Customers must package returned products securely and provide tracking information when requested.
Unless the return results from an error attributable to Apollo Blades, the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Our current return process may require eligible returns to be sent to our designated return facility in China. Customers must obtain the correct return address from our customer support team before sending any return.
10. REFUND PROCESSING
Refund eligibility is determined after the applicable returned products have been received and inspected.
When a refund to the original payment method has been agreed upon, Apollo Blades will process the applicable refund following receipt and inspection of the returned item.
The current policy provides that the negotiated refund may be processed within up to 10 days after receipt and inspection. Depending on the customer's bank or payment provider, it may then take approximately 10 business days for the refund to appear in the customer's account.
When store credit has been agreed upon, the credit may be issued following confirmation and inspection of the return. Under the current policy, store credit does not expire and may be used for future purchases.
When an exchange is approved, we will endeavor to dispatch the replacement product promptly. Exact processing and delivery times may vary depending on the circumstances of each case.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.
11. PRODUCT USE AND CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible for using all Apollo Blades products safely, responsibly, and only for lawful purposes.
Products containing blades, cutting edges, saw teeth, or other sharp components should be handled with appropriate care.
Always follow applicable safety instructions, warnings, maintenance recommendations, and accepted safe-use practices.
You are responsible for keeping potentially hazardous products away from children and from anyone who is not capable of safely handling them.
You are also responsible for complying with all federal, state, provincial, local, and international laws applicable to the possession, carrying, transportation, importation, resale, or use of the products you purchase.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise indicated, the website and its contents are owned by or licensed to Apollo Blades and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
This includes, without limitation, trademarks, trade names, logos, product names, product designs, photographs, videos, graphics, advertisements, website layouts, written copy, illustrations, icons, product descriptions, and other content.
You may access the website and its content for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, sell, license, commercially exploit, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without prior written permission from Apollo Blades or the applicable rights holder.
Nothing contained on our website grants you any ownership interest or license in our intellectual property except as expressly provided in these Terms.
13. CUSTOMER CONTENT, REVIEWS AND SUBMISSIONS
If you submit reviews, photographs, videos, testimonials, comments, feedback, suggestions, or other materials to Apollo Blades, you represent that you have the legal right to provide that content.
You may not submit content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, infringing, misleading, obscene, or that violates another person's intellectual property or privacy rights.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, when you voluntarily submit content for publication, marketing, or promotional use, you grant Apollo Blades a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute that content for purposes related to operating, promoting, and improving our business and Services.
14. PROHIBITED USES
You may not use our Services to violate any applicable law; infringe intellectual property rights; submit fraudulent information; transmit malware or harmful code; interfere with website security; attempt unauthorized access to systems; impersonate another person; engage in payment fraud; abuse refunds, chargebacks, discounts, or promotional offers; collect customer information without authorization; or purchase products for unlawful purposes.
We may investigate suspected violations and take reasonable action, including canceling orders, restricting accounts, refusing service, or cooperating with lawful governmental requests where appropriate.

Nothing in this section excludes any express warranty, statutory warranty, consumer protection, or other right that cannot legally be excluded.
17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Apollo Blades and its affiliates, officers, employees, representatives, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use of our website, Services, or products.
Our existing policy similarly states that Apollo Blades is not responsible for certain direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages associated with the return or use of its products, subject to applicable law.
No provision of these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation would be prohibited by law.
18. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Apollo Blades and its affiliates, officers, employees, representatives, contractors, licensors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Services, violation of these Terms, violation of applicable law, or infringement of the rights of another person.
19. PRIVACY
Your use of our Services may involve the collection and processing of personal information.
Our handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using our Services, you acknowledge that you should review the Privacy Policy together with these Terms.
20. FORCE MAJEURE
Apollo Blades will not be liable for failure or delay in performing an obligation when such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include natural disasters, severe weather, war, civil unrest, governmental actions, strikes, labor disputes, carrier interruptions, customs delays, supply-chain disruptions, internet failures, infrastructure failures, epidemics, pandemics, or other unforeseeable circumstances.
This provision is consistent with the force majeure protections contained in our existing policy.
21. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
Our existing policy similarly specifies New Mexico law and states that disputes relating to the policy are subject to U.S. court jurisdiction.
22. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law or, where appropriate, severed from these Terms.
The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
23. NO WAIVER
Failure by Apollo Blades to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of our right to enforce it in the future.
24. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any additional policies or conditions expressly presented in connection with a purchase or promotion, constitute the applicable agreement between you and Apollo Blades regarding your use of the Services.
In the event of a conflict between these Terms and more specific terms applicable to a particular promotion, product, or transaction, the more specific terms will apply to that matter.
25. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, business practices, policies, or applicable legal requirements.
Updated Terms will be posted on our website and will become effective as indicated on the updated page.
Our current refund policy similarly provides that policy changes may be published on the website and that customers are encouraged to review applicable policies periodically.
Your continued use of our Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
